Founded in 2016.

** I have always loved cooking and baking. Being an American citizen, I grew up with my Mom baking fabulous cakes, brownies, cookies and traditional American bakes **

** I began baking cakes for friends and childrens parties, alongside my career as a freelance classical musician and violin teacher **

** In 2016, I met my husband and decided to open my home bakery full time from my seaside Essex kitchen **

** I now trade exclusively at Old Spitalfields Market in East London.

I sell only vegan, and gluten free brownies, cookies & cake.

every Saturday & Sunday 10.00am - 5.00pm **
